When then a government writes a law that is in direct opposition to the values and reason for those that do the electing, they are in fact clearly violating the authority that the voter would give them. Since they cannot have the authority to determine a man’s value, rights, or opinions, they cannot legally force their constructs of these things onto someone else. No more than we would allow the bully to take a child's lunch money. They have no power to super-impose their views of morality on our Estate. For no person can give another that authority. Who would give them such authority if it was possible and what man would accept such? For he should at least be wise enough to know at the end of his term the opposition could take control and thus force even him to comply to an opposing view of his idea of morality. Even the electorate would realize this and ghost as two armies, viciously holding their opposing views like weapons to wound the other. This is why we get the kind of people we do running for office, whom appear baseless and immoral, for they are at war, constant and eternally against an enemy they cannot beat: their constituents. They see everyone, everywhere as the enemy. Government, therefore, is not given the authority to rule, but to protect. It is not given the authority to deglove us, but limit obstacles so that we can live as ourselves. It is a concept of agency, in that they act only as our voice when we need them to act as our voice, but we do not and cannot give them the power to do things we ourselves cannot do. The moment agent violates our natural rights they are no longer our agent, but out captors. And boy have we learned to love our cage more than our own hands more then the vision we see more then the words of our own minds We have swallowed the hook and now it festers, sickens our insides blaming the rest of the world for the hook we ourselves formed and ate willingly.
